Search is the default mode for guests, new users, and inactive users. This lets every visitor scan existing markets, live categories, and recent activity before they try to draft something new.
When the account earns Generate access, the mode order changes and the board shows how much time remains before the active window expires again.
Galactus drafting thread
Market drafting runs as a guided thread. Galactus asks short clarifying questions, offers suggested answers, accepts custom answers that follow the rules, and expands the plan before a market can open.
The user does not edit rule fields directly. The draft updates through the thread so dates, proof rules, category placement, and join windows stay coherent.
Open now or open later
Drafts save immediately. A finished draft can open right away or stay saved for later review.
If dates or join windows would be stale by the time a saved draft returns, Galactus refreshes them before the market can open.
